r_dynamicBspOcclusionCulling 1 causes texture rendering lags
Start oasis. Move to axis spawn and look at the wall. Open the Limbo menu (key 'L’) and close it again (key L). The renderer doesn’t paint the wall and pump immediately.

This is caused by non default r_dynamicBspOcclusionCulling 1 value.
