Description

Currently I do not find any settings that allow server admins to disable the spawn invulnerability. Some mods allowed server admins to specify g_spawnInvul which increases or decreases the default time that a player cannot be damaged after spawning. I believe some mods also (allowed server admins to) disable(d) the spawn invulnerability when players started shooting (which makes capturing flags on busy servers slightly easier).

This is implemented under `g_misc` bitflag 32: players loose spawn shield when weapons are fired.

Since the feature is actually implemented already, the only question before closing here is "do we need a more visible cvar"?
