Add dynamite counter indicator

In a similar fashion of the Objective indicator (#536), add the dynamite indicator.
Planted/defused dynamite are announced, so this would simply increase awareness of the situation for players.

A few notes:
  • I’m not keen on adding the actual dynamite counter value, as this could be a crucial information.
  • use the same position as other indicator, with priority being last (shield first, then adren/disguise, then obj, then dynamite)
  • Implement in WolfAdmin instead?
