Description

This bug is from a different hardware platform then the bugs I previously reported (see attachment for hardware specs), running Ubuntu-Studio 12.10 (32-bit).

The game runs fine, but the text in-game looks wrong. It has missing and displaced pixels on all text in the game (see attachment.)

Again. I tested this against SD v. 2.60b, which displays it correct!

Which screen resolution is used? Change it and it should be gone.

We can’t fix - this takes it to the top:
"
In a change from 800x600 pixels to 1600x1200 expects the technology scaling the data up by a factor of 2: The pixels are doubled in height and width. In an extrapolation from 800x600 to 1024x768 pixels, the scaling factor is 1.28. These odd numbers can lead to a distorted presentation or blur.

But on my nvidia gtx260, with the same resolution, there is no problems. I have not tried to change the resolution, but it makes no difference running it in fullscreen or windowed. My resolution is 14400x900.

Any chance to run latest code from the repository?

Es lag an https://build.opensuse.org/package/show?project=home%3Apontostroy%3AX11&package=libtxc_dxtn die ich für Team Fortress 2 installiert habe, dass auf GL_EXT_texture_compression_s3tc besteht. Dort habe ich sogar noch schlimmere Darstellungsprobleme. Deinstallation behob das Problem.

OMG ... I love these kind of side effects. Good job. However we don’t know if this is same issue lakersforce runs into. Issue reopened.
