Description

Something is off with the artillery timing compared to etmain. The spotter round happens much later, 5sec instead of 300 ms.
Inspect and adjust.

It appear when the missile spawn and is close enough from the ground ... so the first missile appearing is near 5 seconds after the firing-for-effect.
It work like the mortar spotter.

In etmain, the missile are spawned right after the arty is called. They are pre-positioned and keeped stationary before explosion timer is out.

Behaviour are different.

The behaviour is a different than etmain, but this could be considered a bugfix (since a spotting round is unlikely to arrive on target right after the coordinate are transmitted).
Since no much people reacted to the discussion on discord, I’m suggesting here to keep it as it is. Please voice if necessary, or else remain peacefully quiet forever.
