I am building the etl server on FreeBSD 10.1 where the fopen64, ftell64 and fseek64 functions do not exist, which breaks the build.

With a small addition to minizip/ioapi.h as seen in the attached patch I am able to finish the build.

Now I have no idea if it is a god idea to do it like this as I have not much experience with either FreeBSD or C.
